Practice Nurses
Our nurses are passionate about health promotion and lead many preventative health initiatives for at risk patient groups with the support of our GPs. They particularly love helping patients with the challenge of managing chronic diseases.
With their warm and caring approach, our practice nurses connect with patients of all ages and provide support to patients undergoing immunisations and medical procedures.

Allison leads our practice team and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient service. She prides herself on her professional customer service and her dedication to continued training of our admin staff. Allison enjoys getting to know the patients that come through the clinic and being able to build rapport with them.
Outside of work, Allison loves working in her garden and being outdoors with her twin boys

Epichealth Ocean Grove is a private mixed billing medical clinic committed to providing the highest quality patient care.
Mixed Billing Information
Most patients will be charged an out-of-pocket fee for their consultation. Medicare rebates are available for eligible services.

Bulk Billing for Eligible Patients (Weekdays only)
We bulk bill standard consultations on weekdays for the following patients:
– Patients who hold a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans Gold Card
– Children who are under 16 years of age
Please note: Bulk billing is not available on weekends or public holidays, regardless of concession status or age. Standard consultation fees will apply.
Medical Procedures & Specialised Clinics
Medical procedures and specialised clinics including skin checks, sports medicine and pain management, are privately billed for all patients. Please inquire about the cost of your procedure at the time of booking.
Telehealth
Telehealth services are privately billed, with a Medicare rebate.
Payment
All payments are required in full on the day of the consultation. Please present your Medicare card and Health Care card to reception on arrival. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express, Diners Club cards or personal cheques.
On the Spot Medicare rebates
Our reception staff can help you claim your Medicare rebate instantly by using your Medicare card for privately billed services covered by the MBS billing schedule.
Results, Scripts and Repeated Referrals Appointments
All results, scripts and repeated referrals are provided by the doctor in a consultation. We no longer routinely bulk bill results, scripts and repeat referral appointments.
