Dr Alison Sinadinos
General Practitioner
MBBS (Hons), FRACGP
Alison graduated from Monash University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery (Honours).
She worked at Barwon Health for several years before commencing General Practice training.
She has worked in rural and remote communities around Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania, and has now returned to the Geelong region permanently.
Alison enjoys all aspects of general practice, particularly preventative health, paediatrics and adolescent health, geriatrics and procedural work (such as skin lesion excisions).
Dr. Tom Souchen

Residing on the Bellarine Peninsula with his young family, he is originally from Canada. He studied medicine at the University of Queensland prior to completing his specialty training across Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula.

Damien is a current Rural Generalist trainee for the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. Having worked in the Northern Territory for many years, he has moved back to Victoria to further his general practice experience. His junior years were spent working for Peninsula Health in Frankston, Rosebud and Wonthaggi. After undertaking a degree in biomedical science at the University of Queensland, he then completed a postgraduate Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Monash University in Victoria.
Damien has a broad interest base from chronic disease management, indigenous health, diabetes, kidney and cardiovascular health, through to mental health, children’s health, preventative medicine and everything in between.
His spare time revolves around nature, travel, sound systems and music, or cooking a myriad of dishes from around the world… a chilli fiend at heart.

Dr Bethan Knapp

Bethan is a caring female GP with a special interest in Sports Medicine and Preventative Medicine. Bethan takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and leads an active life in Ocean Grove with her 4 kids. She is part of the Ocean Grove Surf Life Saving club and loves triathlons, cycling, camping and exploring our beautiful Peninsula.
Bethan has worked in the UK as a Sports Physician with several elite sports teams including Premier League soccer & International Athletics teams. She offers our patients expert sports injury advice and management including health assessments, joint and soft tissue injections, radiology and pathology investigations.
As a GP, Bethan is known for her thorough approach to holistic patient care. With her warm and caring personality and love of our local area she relates well to patients of all ages.
Dr Chi Leong

Chi’s forte is his long clinical experience working as a GP and his pursuit of clinical excellence via continuing learning.
He has a strong interest in building an ongoing relationship with his patients and keeping them as healthy and active as possible in their own homes.
His special interests are in respiratory medicine (such as asthma, COPD), chronic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis), preventive health and aged care. He is heavily involved in medical education (clinical tutor in Deakin University, and examiner for both Deakin University and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners).
He is multilingual (conversant in English, and some Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Residing on the Bellarine Peninsula, his spare time revolves around reading, hiking, bodyboarding, snorkelling and travel.

Being a talented sprinter at a young age, Kim found herself at the podiatrist as she was caught in a constant cycle of lower limb injuries. She had a very favourable outcome at the podiatrist and at this point she realised that she could combine her interests in sport and helping people, as a career. Kim commutes across the border to help service the South Australian sites once a fortnight.
Kim provides a professional and expert diagnosis of foot, leg and postural problems and offer comprehensive treatment plans, including our special interest area of Sports Podiatry.

Graduating from Padua University with a Master of Audiology, Orlando brings over 40 years of clinical expertise to our practice. He is a full member of the Australian College of Audiology and a registered practitioner for Medicare, Workcover, and the Commonwealth Hearing Services Program.

Hayden is a General Psychologist who is passionate about supporting clients with a variety of mental health concerns across the lifespan.
Hayden is experienced with stress management, anxiety, depression, work issues, relationships, navigating life’s changes, goal setting and achievement, vocational counselling, and action coaching. Hayden focuses on helping clients to build strategies not only to survive but also to thrive in life.
Hayden is a proud local of the Bellarine Peninsula who enjoys travelling, hiking, kayaking and generally being on or in the water.

Tristan Dower
Physiotherapist
Tristan graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from ACU Brisbane and has since combined his time working in private practice and sports. He has gained experience in several clinics, treating a range of conditions including acute sporting injuries and persistent issues such as spinal, shoulder, and lower limb conditions.
Tristan has been involved with various men’s and women’s amateur, state-level, and elite-level sporting clubs. His roles have included being the physiotherapist for the Brisbane Lions AFLW team and the North Brisbane Rugby Union Club in the QLD Premier Competition.
Through his involvement in sport, particularly football, Tristan has developed a keen interest in sports-related injury management, especially lower limb and shoulder injuries. This experience has also refined his treatment skills, including both manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
Tristan has maintained his continual education by completing a Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and certification in concussion management. Through his ongoing education and experience, he is well equipped to treat all types of injuries.

Allison leads our practice team and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient service. She prides herself on her professional customer service and her dedication to continued training of our admin staff. Allison enjoys getting to know the patients that come through the clinic and being able to build rapport with them.
Outside of work, Allison loves working in her garden and being outdoors with her twin boys.

Kylie, Jenny, Leanne & Danielle are passionate about health promotion and lead many preventative health initiatives for at risk patient groups with the support of our GPs. Our nurses particularly love helping patients with the challenge of managing chronic disease as this is an area where the role of the nurse is crucial in achieving positive health outcomes. With their warm and caring approach, our practice nurses connect with patients of all ages and provide support to patients undergoing immunisations and medical procedures.

Please note that our fee structure has been updated as below, effective from the 1st of July 2024.

Bulk Billing for Concession Patients
We are pleased to advise that the following patients are now bulk billed.
– Patients who hold a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans Gold Card
– Children who are under 16 years of age.
Please be aware that some types of consultations may still attract a fee. Please enquire at the time of your booking.
MHCP (Mental Health Care Plans):
Bookings for Mental Health care plans will incur a $40.00 out of pocket cost for any sessions made solely for the purpose of the care plan.
Medical Procedures
Procedures will also incur a fee. Depending on the complexity of the procedure the fee will change:
- Simple Procedures (Cryotherapy, Ear Syringes, Wound Dressings); $25.00 (Out Of Pocket)
- Complex Procedures (Skin Biopsies, Stitches, etc.); $45.00 (Out Of Pocket)
Results Appointments:
Appointments patients attend simply to receive results will incur a Gap Payment.
